We are willing to acquire ground rent investments from developers with completed developments or developments that are yet to be completed. Many developers see the sale of the ground rent investments as an afterthought, however if you want to avoid the need to serve section 5 notices, we can assist by exchanging contracts before building commences, with completion delayed until the sale of the last property. We can also forward fund the purchase of the investment therefore providing developers with early funds that maybe set against their development costs.
Additionally we can assist with the drafting of leases and work with developers to enhance the ground rent investment's value. It is our aim to forge long term business relationships to the benefit of each party.
